Нет. Я сам очки летом ношу, когда тополя начинают всё пухом покрывать. Раньше не носил, но один раз полтора месяца глаз болел, после попадания пуха, плюс мерзкие капли приходилось капать. В общем очки могут быть полезны (даже защитные пластиковые).
